Heavy Duty Vertical Lead Blocks to AS1418

 

Australian MadeSuperLift Vertical Lead Blocks are used in construction and heavy industrial applications.

They are base mounted sheave blocks most commonly used for diversion applications.

SuperLift Vertical Lead Blocks incorporate the following standard features:

  • Adjustable rope guards as standard.
  • Available with high capacity bushes, bearings and bearings with labyrinth seals.
  • Grease nipples as standard.
  • Heavy duty steel construction.
  • Supplied painted SuperLift industrial yellow enamel.

Optional Features – P.O.A.

  • Specialized Sheaves, with ball or roller bearing, with special grooves to suit other rope sizes
  • Special surface finish e.g., Special coatings, Zinc plated, Galvanizing etc.
  • Manufactured in other materials such as stainless steel for corrosion protection
  • Special blocks can be manufactured to suit any application.
  • Test certificates only if requested at time of order.
